SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY


Delivery

Usually, it takes 3-7 business days to process and fulfil an order, prior to shipping. Shipping times vary based on your location, estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3-9 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-30 business days

Due to covid-19 our fulfillment times may be longer than usual as there are delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. 

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will be fulfilled and shipped from the USA. Different types of products i.e. shirts and hats will be shipped separately as they are produced at different facilities within the USA. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a courier tracking link via email when your order is fulfilled and has been sent for shipping. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, send us an email via mail@sptband.com

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask our local post office if they have you package
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office, do get in touch with us with your order number and inform us about the situation. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Customs and taxes may occur on international orders and this depends on your country's customs policies. This fee is not in our control so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. 

Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your product is misprinted/damaged or defective. If there is something wrong with your order please contact us at mail@sptband.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.  

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving your product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We do not accept returns for buyers remorse.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed items

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier or for shipments that are unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our facilities and yo will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
